To
gain access to MachNumber you will be required to enter
a valid Visa or MasterCard account number. Your account
will be billed on the first day of the next calendar
month for the full monthly subscription amount you have
selected.
For
the remainder of this calendar month, your credit card
will not be charged. You have full and free access
to MachNumber until the end of this month. This gives
you a reasonable no-charge interval to configure your
portal with the aircraft, pilots, clients and authorized
users you choose.
This
grace period provides you with a no-cost period of time
to learn how to use MachNumber.

are in pre-certification status or are a non-profit
aviation business,

How
the charges work
If you were to subscribe on August 22, your first credit
card charge would occur on September 1 and that charge
constitutes payment for the month of September.
Your credit card will then be charged on the first day
of each succeeding month until you tell us that you wish
to close your subscription.
If you
decide to discontinue your subscription during the
initial unbilled period, please call us at 704-644-3565
or send an email to: billing@avrecords.com.
We'll promptly remove your pending credit card charge.
If you
decide to unsubscribe from MachNumber during any paid
month, your site will remain active through the end of
that month so that you may retrieve data and/or printed
records of your trip data. Once charged, monthly fees
will not be refunded, so be sure to promptly call us at
704-644-3565 or email us at
billing@avrecords.com
as soon as you decide to cancel.

There is no setup fee.
There is no minimum service commitment.
You may cancel at any time.
